Ingredients:

2 racks baby back pork ribs

1 cup North Coast Organic Apple Juice or Cider

1 cup North Coast Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Salt

1 Tbsp. Pepper

Water to cover

About 1 cup North Coast BBQ sauce (recipe below)

Directions:

Cut the thin membrane off both racks of ribs and place meat side down in a large aluminum baking pan. Pour 1 cup of each Apple Cider Vinegar and Apple Cider into the pan and cover with water. Mix in salt and pepper. That’s it! Now cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and place directly on the BBQ grill. Keeping heat on high, cook for 3 hours, making sure to check the water level every so often, adding more if needed. The water should remain at a constant rolling boil and cover the meat at all times. Do not flip. After three hours of cook time, remove the ribs from the pan and place directly on the grill. With a basting brush, coat the ribs with BBQ sauce and grill for 5-10 minutes. Flip carefully and repeat. Remove from grill and let rest for another 5-10 minutes. Make sure to resist the urge to pick and taste test, as there may be nothing left by the time you sit down with others. Learn more with North Coast Organic.
