North Coast Apple Cider Turkey Brine
Servings: 20 Pound Turkey
Ingredients
- 4 qt water
- 2 qt North Coast Apple Cider
- 2 cups brown or coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp sage fresh
- 1 tbsp all spice
- 3 cups kosher salt
- ½ cup North Coast Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large sanitized bucket.
- Stir to thoroughly combine.
- Slowly lower turkey into brine.
- Brine overnight.
Notes
*Will brine up to a 20 pound turkey.
