Combine 2 tablespoons North Coast Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey, and juice from half a lemon in a large mug. Pour 8oz hot water and stir well. Top off with a couple dashes of cinnamon. You can also add a little bit of North Coast apple juice or cider to sweeten it up a bit. Enjoy! Your body will thank you for it!
