Ingredients:

6 cups water

9 bags of oolong tea (or loose leaf equivalent)

3 tablespoons honey

1/2 lemon, juiced (about 1 tablespoon of lemon juice)

2 tablespoons North Coast Organic apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Bring the 6 cups of water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the 9 tea bags to the boiling water. Let the tea steep for 5 to 6 minutes.

Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags pour the tea into a glass pitcher.

Add the honey, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to the pitcher and stir until the honey has dissolved.

Refrigerate the tea 4 to 6 hours prior to serving.
