North Coast Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1 apple sliced
- ½ tbsp coconut oil or butter
- ¾ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk regular or nut-based
- ½ cup North Coast Apple Sauce
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- ½ tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp pecans chopped
- pinch salt
Instructions
- Heat a medium sized pan to medium high heat and add coconut oil.
- Once oil is hot add diced apple and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender.
- Combine oats, milk, apple sauce, ground flax seed, vanilla and maple syrup to a large bowl. Stir to combine well.
- Add 1/2 of oats into a Mason jar and top with 1/2 of sautéed apples.
- Repeat in second Mason jar. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
