Both immune-boosting and refreshing, this apple cider vinegar switchel with fresh ginger will have you feeling revived and on top of your game.
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons North Coast Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, apple juice, sugar)
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 cups water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate for at least two hours or up to a day. Pour over ice and add soda water to make a spritzer if desired. Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of fresh mint. Serves 2.
