At North Coast Organic, we take pride in providing our customers with the best organic apple juices and sauces, all made without any added sugar, preservatives, colorings, or flavorings. We choose our blend of apples very carefully, making sure to include just the right ones for a perfectly balanced mix. In addition to the apples shown below, other varietals used in our blends include Fuji, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Jonathan, Rome, and Pink Lady.
The Honeycrisp is one of the most sought after apples in the U.S., mostly due to its delightfully natural honey sweet taste. North Coast offers this special varietal in both a juice and sauce for those who prefer a fresh sweet taste but without the added sugar. Most people don’t believe that there is no sugar added to our Honeycrisp products, but rest assured, this apple is a real gem all on it’s own. Guilt-free!

One sunny day, an adventurous bee was buzzing through the orchards collecting pollen from mystery apple blossoms. She deposited that pollen on a Honeycrisp blossom, Mother Nature did her part and the SugarBee® apple was born!

The Gala apple was developed in New Zealand by J.H. Kidd, crossing Golden Delicious with his own Kidd’s Orange Red. The flesh of the apple is crisp and thick, with a very mild sweet flavor making this the perfect choice for those who are looking for a juice that is not over the top sweet. Now also available in sauce.
Gravenstein apples have been growing in Sonoma County for centuries and are very close to our heart. First planted by Russian fur traders in 1811 at Fort Ross, orchards of Gravenstein apple trees began popping up all over neighboring towns with a concentration of trees thriving in the sandy loam of Sebastopol, North Coast’s hometown. As praised by Luther Burbank himself, “It has often been said that if the Gravenstein could be had throughout the year, no other apple need be grown.” Our Gravenstein Apple juice and sauce offer the perfect balance of sweet and tart.
